The First Step to Something Greater

Whether you’re transitioning from service or stepping into your first professional role, our pathways programs are designed to guide, equip, and empower you for success beyond the starting line.

We are proud to partner with the Department of Defense SkillBridge program to help service members turn their military excellence into thriving civilian careers. During a 60–120-day hands-on fellowship, participants spend their final months of service gaining real-world experience, mentorship, and professional growth across POWER. It’s more than a transition; it’s a launchpad into the next chapter of service, purpose, and impact.

Through our partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes program, POWER helps transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses take the next step in their careers. Over 12 weeks, fellows gain real-world experience through learning and shadowing our people-first culture. It’s a powerful bridge between military service and civilian success, built on mentorship, opportunity, and community.

Every summer, POWER opens its doors to college students across the country for an immersive, hands-on internship that goes way beyond coffee runs. Interns explore career paths, build leadership skills, all while experiencing what makes Power one of the best places to work in the country. From mentorship to meaningful projects, this is where they can grow, connect, and start shaping what’s next.
