At POWER, giving isn’t top down. It’s collective. Through Circle for Good, our people come together in offices and affinity groups to talk about the causes that move us most, then decide where our grants will make the greatest impact. It’s democratized giving at its best, driven entirely by our employees.
In 2024, POWER partnered with Philanthropy Together, a global leader in collective giving, to expand how we approach philanthropy as a company. Their expertise helped us bring structure and intention to how our employees connect, share ideas, and identify the causes that matter most to them.
Through this partnership, we launched Giving Circles in 21 offices and 6 Affinity Groups across the company. Each circle came together to reflect on shared values, discuss community needs, and select nonprofit partners that align with their passions. To date, POWER has granted $3.8 million to these organizations, fueling meaningful impact across the country.

Urban League
The National Urban League
The Black Empowerment Resource Group (BERG) has chosen the Urban League, a national organization that empowers African Americans and other underserved people to secure economic self-reliance, parity, power and civil rights.
In 2024 and 2025, InspirASIAN teamed up with TAAF to fund a research study about anti-AANHPI hate incidents in Seattle. This led to improved infrastructure and support from Seattle’s City Council. This is just the start of our partnership, as we are partnering again in 2026 to build on that relationship and grow our impact.
Power Veterans is proud to partner with “Soldiers’ Angels.” Their vision is to ensure military, wounded military, veterans, and their families have access to needed community resources and support.
Mi Gente has partnered with the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the nation’s oldest and largest Hispanic organization, who champions the advancement of Hispanic communities through education, civil rights, health, and economic opportunity.
Queer Power chose to team up with The Trevor Project, the leading organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ young people under 25. For over 25 years, It has also been a lifeline of hope, support, and community. Together we are committed to creating safe spaces for queer individuals.
Women Empowered is excited to partner with the YWCA, one of the oldest and largest women’s organizations in the nation. YWCA has been at the forefront of the most critical social movements for more than 160 years- from women’s empowerment and civil rights to affordable housing and pay equity to violence prevention and health care.
