This year, we got together in Houston and dove into the Pacific Islander section of AANHPI. From a welcome Haka to a AANHPI Culture Scavenger Hunt, we worked together to build Undiscovered Connections

The Asian community isn’t a monolith. Society portrays us as the quiet, shy, smart ones. But that needs to change. We represent dozens of countries and countless different stories. Our diversity is our strength.
Through InspirASIAN, we strive to welcome members of the Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI) community to Power, and to help them thrive once they come through the doors. You can become whoever you want to be at Power. And bring someone else with you on your way to the top.

Our volunteer opportunity with the Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia at Shofusu Japanese Garden let our attendees get down and dirty while giving back to their community. Nothing like getting to know each other and creating New Beginnings while leaving no leaves behind!

InspirASIAN EMERGE

InspirASIAN got together in our nation’s capital for our first event. From a dumpling making class to a stylish photoshoot, we proved that the AANHPI community doesn’t fit in a box and Power connections aren’t limited to your local office.
The Impact We’re Creating Together
In 2024 and 2025, InspirASIAN, through Power for Good, has teamed up with TAAF to fund a research study about anti-AANHPI hate incidents in Seattle. This led to improved infrastructure and support from Seattle’s City Council. This is just the start of our partnership, as we are partnering again in 2026 to build on that relationship and grow our Impact.
