BERG celebrates every Black employee, and every ally, who chooses to lead with authenticity, grow with purpose, and inspire others along the way. The Black Empowerment Resource Group is a family inside of Power, a community of trailblazers committed to lifting each other up as they climb, shaping culture, and making a difference that lasts.
BERG’s Connect room is all about celebrating each other’s wins, both inside and outside of work and creating a safe environment where everyone can show up as their true, authentic selves. It’s a family built on love, support, and plenty of laughs. Here, we share promos, competitions, and updates about upcoming events and calls, while also recognizing and celebrating personal and professional milestones.

“BERG has given me a support system that allows me to bring my full self to the community each day. It’s a reinforcement and huge addition to my “why”. I feel like I’m a part of a family rather than an affinity group that exists simply to check a box.”
Let’s Get Together
As strong as our digital community is… the real magic happens when we link up in person. That’s where connections get deeper, friendships get real, and experiences stick. Check out some highlights from our recent events and see how we’re building this community, one moment at a time.
