July 2025
Our first-ever Queer Power Expedition, held in June 2025, brought together a group of individuals to share experiences, give back to the local community, and build personal relationships that deepened belonging, self-awareness, and growth.

Queer Power
Queer Power is more than visibility. It’s the strength we carry, the love we share, and the change we create. It’s the courage to show up authentically, the resilience to thrive, and the joy of building spaces where every identity is celebrated. It rises from living boldly in a world that once tried to silence us, turning struggle into strength, isolation into family, and difference into beauty. Queer power honors every identity and every story, knowing our differences don’t divide us but unite us.
Meet Our Leadership Team
Hear from some of our leaders!
Lauren Lamastra
Director of Sales, New Jersey
“Being part of an organization that accepts everyone as they are allowed me the ability to even consider exploring my sexuality. My VP was one of the first people I came out to – and our relationship wasn’t even close to what it is today. Queer Power and the allies within the community create a safe place for everyone to show up, navigate and celebrate who they are. That is an invaluable feeling… especially in the work place.“

Allie Dean
Confirmation Agent, Philadelphia
“To me now, queer power is a neon beacon of hope and love in a world determined to suffocate us. A community of people hundreds strong who’ve committed to showing up for each other is a force, who have always accomplished so much. The future of queer people at this company is safe because of size of the community we built. I feel lucky I get to be a part of it at all.”
Logan Barnett
Sales Mentor, Cincinnati
“Queer Power means the world to me. I get to work at a company where I have every opportunity in front of me based on my talents and work ethic and not passed up bc I’m Queer. But even more importantly to me is the network I’ve made for myself here. Leaders and coworkers I’m happy to call friends. And friends that feel like family. Sometimes you’re gonna be an “only” in the room. But knowing I’ve got people just a phone call or text away who do what I do and understand the business but ALSO understand Queerness is invaluable to me.”

We’re Better Together
Queer Power hosts events that help celebrate identity, foster allyship, and strengthen our bonds through shared experiences. Together, we’re building a space where everyone can show up authentically and feel at home.
