Established in 2023, POWER for Good is on a mission to unleash the inner philanthropist in every POWER person. Built on the core belief of democratizing giving, this initiative provides every POWER employee with voice and choice in shaping the company’s philanthropic efforts.
Since its inception, POWER for Good has engaged up to 84% of employees, donated more than 7 million dollars to over 2,100 nonprofits and schools working on various causes, and impacted thousands of lives inside and outside of POWER’s walls. Circle For Good
Gathering our employees to collectively select a local nonprofit working on an issue of importance to that office or Affinity Group.
Give For Good
Activating our employees to support Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation through donations, kickball tournaments, auctions, and more.
Nominate For Good
Truly unleashing the inner philanthropist in us all, this program gives each and every employee an opportunity to submit for a grant twice a year for a nonprofit of their choice.
Volunteer For Good
Sometimes what’s needed most is the time of committed citizens to make a real impact. Each Power employee gets eight hours of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to make the impact they want to see in their community.
