Women Empowered Belonging Event
The theme was “Hungry for Seconds” and was a nod to having more and more women step into leadership roles and no longer being the “first woman” to achieve success.

Women Empowered celebrates every woman that walks bravely through the doors of a male-dominated industry. It’s in our name. Women Empowered is a community of already empowered women determined to lift each other up as they continue to find success in their careers and lives.

Women Empowered Summit 2023
Nearly 400 POWER women and mallies descended upon the streets of Dallas, TX for a three-day summit with the theme: “Perspective, Opportunity, Priority.” The summit was filled with eye-opening facts, heart-tugging revelations, and tools and tips made to help us grow into a better company and better individuals.
The Impact We’re Creating Together
Women Empowered is excited to partner with the YWCA, one of the oldest and largest women’s organizations in the nation. YWCA has been at the forefront of the most critical social movements for more than 160 years- from women’s empowerment and civil rights to affordable housing and pay equity to violence prevention and health care.
